You’re self-aware. You’re trying. And you’re tired.

You might be navigating work stress, burnout, identity shifts, neurodivergence, trauma recovery, or relationship changes. You might be holding a lot — for others, for your workplace, for your community — and wondering where you fit in.

You’ve listened to the podcasts. You might have tried counselling. You’ve kept showing up. But something isn’t shifting.

What you want now is real, tailored support and someone to walk alongside you, reflect what’s true, and help you reconnect to your own clarity, courage, and strength.

How I work

Coaching sessions are practical, grounded, and tailored to you. I draw on a mix of approaches including NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), solution-focused coaching, Havening Techniques®, and conversational hypnotherapy. Inclusion & Cultural Safety

At Being & Doing Well, everyone is welcome—regardless of gender, identity, or background. This inclusive practice proudly affirms and supports LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodivergent individuals, and those of any faith or none. Your journey to wellbeing is respected and celebrated here.

I acknowledge that I live and work in Ōtautahi Christchurch, where Ngāi Tahu are tangata whenua. This business is based in Aotearoa New Zealand — a multicultural nation founded on the bicultural relationship defined by Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

As a Pākehā practitioner, I seek to uphold Te Tiriti through ongoing learning, respect for kaupapa Māori frameworks, and integrity in my own practice. I welcome conversations about how best to support your cultural and personal safety.
